Customer experience is priceless for us. Therefore we stand behind all merchandise bought at our site. We will replace any order within 10 days of delivery, with free return shipping if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you,
  • Wrong Size,
  • Wrong Color,
  • Wrong Quantity,
  • Missing Parts/Accessories,
  • Defective,
  • Damaged, Or
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant
Please note no return will be accepted for the products in following condition:
  1. Used/worn/altered or tampered merchandise
  2. Original price tag and packing slip missing
  3. Intimation about the return/ cancellation after 3 days of receipt of the order
No return will be accepted for the products:
  1. Consumable products like food and beverages
  2. Bath and beauty items, perfumes
  3. Bulky items like furniture/paintings/glassware
  4. Product damaged due to misuse or overuse
How do I place return?
You are requested to send an email at our customer service email id (customerservice@mystatebazar.com) with the reason of return and photos of the damaged/broken merchandise within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will present your case to seller and get back to you with the resolution.
In case, even after 3 working days seller is not responded to your issue or you are not satisfied with the resolution. You may write to us as customerservice@mystatebazar.com and we shall do our best to provide you with appropriate resolution
How will I send the merchandise back to seller?
Once the seller give approval for replacement/refund then we arrange for the merchandise to be picked up through our courier partners from your address where the order was delivered earlier.
In case you are not available at that address and you want the merchandise to be picked up from some other location you need to inform the same to us in advance.
Reverse shipping is free when the error is on the seller part. Alternatively you can choose to ship the merchandise back to the seller on your own and we shall refund the shipping charges by crediting MSB Points to your account which can be used at your next purchase with us.
When will I get my replacement/refund?
Replacement/Refund process is triggered within 2 days post the seller confirms the receipt of the items.
Your bank account will be credited within 10 business days. Alternatively you can convert your refund in MSB Points and we shall transfer the points same day as the date of receipt of item.
How can I track my return status?

  • You can reply to the email received from MyStateBazar customer care to know the status of your return
  • Post receipt of your Return request, we keep you updated on way forward, like approval or rejection of return, pick-up and re-shipment or refund. You can be assured that we are working on your request.
